As a light snack, I really enjoy pudding. I especially love pudding and cool whip mixed together. I thought it would be fun to make some Pudding Cups for Valentine's Day.

This is really self explanatory but mix up your pudding, milk, cool whip and add any color food dye you want. I added Wilton's pink gel but regular liquid dye works perfectly fine. Add some sprinkles and put in an adorable small bowl from Target's Dollar Spot and you have a nice treat to go along with your Valentine's dinner. And this is a sugar/fat free so that's always a plus.
Add some washi tape to a toothpick for a little something extra.
We usually stay in and treat ourselves to a steak on Valentine's Day. These pudding cups will be great for dessert. What are your plans for Valentine's Day? Do you go out to eat or stay in?

Okay, the sprinkles and the flag really jazz up the pudding. I have used food coloring for lots of holiday and the most interesting is always St. Patty's day...green eggs for example! ;)
I'm so glad you shared this at Loving Valentines Day!
TGIF!
